    Dox&Box management system for hard copy documents, files and cartons provides convenient access to information stored within our archive. Your records are housed in dedicated records centers, constructed for the purpose.

    Each site operates a strict security policy, all staff are full-time and trained in all aspects of their jobs as well as the requirements of data protection.

    Hard copy items may be retrieved by sending a request via our ordering system and indicating specific day and time. Electronic records or copies of originals can be scanned back and sent via email.

    Dox&Box file management system provides convenient and efficient access to information stored within your archive. The system is easily serviced, indexing and storing files simply. All in all it makes for faster searching and successful location of the information you need.

    Each file or carton is given a unique barcode and indexed onto the system. This method of management allows to faster location and delivery of your records.

    Each document is scanned and indexed onto the Docs & Box system and stored in a secure database with remote access. Recent developments in the field of storing digital documents allow us to upload and store huge amounts of data.

    So, your staff has permanent access to all remotely stored documents regardless of location, whether at home or on a business trip. Remote access is protected by special data encryption similar to those that banks use to conduct transactions safely.

    By providing offsite storage of your computer backups, Docs&Box can offer you peace of mind that you will be able to recover should a disaster occur.

    Our storage was designed specifically for the storage of electronic media. Vault is made of fire-resistant material, and the room is equipped with temperature control and humidity, in order to maximize long-term storage of electronic media.

    In addition, we installed a security camera that allows you to keep track of all the actions in the storage.

    Privacy policy and data protection requires establishment of appropriate controls over compliance with all measures to prevent loss or leakage of information that flows through your organization.

    Docs&Box guarantees secure and confidential documents destruction with due consideration of legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

    At each stage of the process from collection to transportation to the final destruction, your information is protected. Collection and destruction is carried out by Docs&Box trained personnel.

    Once your documents have been destroyed, we will issue a certificate of destruction to maintain a complete audit trail.

    Our archive facilities are 24 hour screened. Access to our building is restricted throughout the day. To get in our doors, you must have an ID badge and a keycard to enter the building. Our alarm system is connected into a monitoring system that will alert security service.

    Facilities have built in smoke detectors that will activate the fire extinguishing system should any issues occur.
