Using the Electronic Archive System
To work in the electronic archive system, we create individual accounts for employees of your company. With this account, your employee will have access to the inventory of documents and his scanned copies at any time.

Security & Confidentiality

Docs&Box uses a special system and provides encrypted data transmission. In addition, the database is stored on a dedicated server located in a secure Docs&Box data center. If necessary, we can only give access to certain tier of documents. For example, HR staff will only have access to documents related to their profile.
